CareerInbox.com is a next generation online job and candidate search service dedicated to helping job seekers and recruiters with access to aggregated job listings from multiple sources, low cost job listings which are published to other sites, resume scoring and candidate evaluation tools. The service is free to the job seeker and employers pay a small fee to post jobs.

Challenge
Conceptualize, design and develop a site that provides job seekers and employers with better results at a lower cost and in shorter time than the market leaders Monster.com, Yahoo HotJobs and CareerBuilder.com. Once built, design and implement e-marketing campaigns to drive traffic and convert users.

Solution
Identified a key potential differentiator by using an AI supported search engine to score resume attributes and job posting requirements resulting in very accurate matches of job seekers and open positions. The engine also identifies and ranks ideal candidates for to fill job postings from a general pool of resumes. To create traffic, we used a proprietary internet data mining tool to build a database of over 750,000 target users and implemented e-marketing campaigns.

Results
Service was launched with e-marketing campaign to target users resulting in 6% clickthrough and 1.3% net conversions to trial.
