Challenge
Design and develop a site that collects property listing data from online sources, calculates average rents and costs per square foot for the property’s location and calculates a potential cash flow and appreciation index. Once built, design and implement e-marketing campaigns to drive traffic and convert users.

Solution
Developed all the front-end and back-end systems, analytics engine and data collectors. To create traffic build subscriber base, we targeted 600,000 real estate related professionals with a high frequency newsletter highlighting selected properties and trends.

Results
Service was launched with e-marketing campaign to target users resulting in 9% clickthrough and 1.6% net conversions to subscription.
